Objective: The Old Navy business in the Twin Cities has been seeing a decline in store traffic from the younger demographic in recent years. The goal is to create an opportunity to increase sales with the 18-26 demographic across the country by testing the demographic in the Twin Cities and coming up with new ideas to connect with them.
Approach: Conduct research and dig deeper to understand more about this target audience — their needs, attitudes, beliefs, and behaviors when it comes to visiting an Old Navy store. Develop an interview guide and conduct three 20-minute interviews with people in the target audience. Extract insights and compile learnings into an interview report to present overall findings with a creative suggestion.
